OISHOI!

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 August 2026 / beta  ·  日本語(正文)

This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the governing text and prevails wherever the two differ (Article 10).

These Terms set out the conditions for using “OISHOI!” (the “Service”), provided by JUGOYA.AI (“we”, “us”). Anyone who uses the Service — whether creating a character or only watching — is deemed to have agreed to them. Watching alone requires no account.

1. What the Service is

The Service builds a 3D character (a “villager”) from a photo you give us, and shows you a world where those villagers keep moving on their own, in your browser.

There are two kinds of home for a character, and you choose before uploading your photo.

  • Public (free, the shared world) — other users see your character's appearance, display name and money ranking.
  • Private (paid, a world of your own) — not shown to other users.

The two differ in how far they can travel.

  • Public — besides being shown to users of the Service, it reaches beyond the Service through videos and images those users record (Article 6). If posted to a video site or social media, it may be indexed by search engines and seen by people who are not logged in. Choosing the Public plan means agreeing to this.
  • Private — not shown to other users. Since nobody but you can open that world, it cannot travel through anyone else's recording either.

In neither case do we publish your character to search engines, and your email address and date of birth are never visible to other users.

Each browser runs the world independently. Even in the same “shared world”, the winner, the terrain and the events differ between devices and browsers. This is not an online game where everyone shares one live world.

2. Eligibility (beta)

  • The registrant and the person in the photo must be 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth at registration and confirm it that way. If a false date of birth is registered, we may delete the account and the character.
  • The photo must be uploaded by the person in it.
  • You must have the photographer's permission (a copyright licence) for the photo you upload.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited.

  • Uploading a photo of another person without their consent.
  • Using the Service to bully, harass, expose or humiliate. Villagers take coins from one another in this world; using that to demean a specific individual is forbidden.
  • Uploading a photo showing a minor.
  • Uploading obscene or cruel images, or any photo with unlawful content.
  • Using photos or display names that impersonate a public figure, a celebrity or any third party.
  • Display names that infringe others' rights or contain obscene, discriminatory or unlawful content.
  • Analysing, modifying or redistributing the Service, and automated bulk access.
  • Anything contrary to law or public order and morals.

4. Reporting and removal

You can delete your own character at any time. Once deleted it stops being visible to other users immediately. If you would like to move to the Private plan, please contact us at the address below.

If you find the Service being used in breach of these Terms — someone else's photo uploaded without permission, use for bullying, and so on — please report it. This is also the channel to use if someone made a character of you without your consent. We accept reports from people who do not have an account.

Where a report makes a breach clear — for instance the person in the photo says it was made without their consent, or the content is unlawful — we may hide the character before our investigation finishes.

Where we judge that these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or delete a character or an account without prior notice. No refund is given in that case.

5. About the generated result

Whatever the photo does not show — build, clothing, the view from behind — is guessed by the AI, and may differ from the real person.

For that reason, a finished character is not shown to other users until you have approved it in the preview. If it is not what you wanted, it can be remade (one remake at your own request is free; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

We may decline to generate from a photo we consider to raise safety or legal concerns. The Refund & Cancellation Policy governs what happens then.

6. Intellectual property

The rights in a photo you upload belong to you (and to the photographer). We use it only as far as generating your character and providing the Service requires.

The rights in the Service's software, design and generated character data belong to us.

Recording and publishing what is on screen is governed as follows.

  • The shared world (Public plan) — you may record and publish it, including video streams and social media posts. Users who chose the Public plan have agreed to this under Article 1, so you do not need to ask the other users in shot for individual permission. Publishing in order to demean a specific individual remains prohibited under Article 3. If you see such a post, please report it through Article 4.
  • Your own world (Private plan) — no other users appear there at all, so the same freedom applies.

The demo villagers in the Service (fictional people we created) may also be included in any such recording or publication.

7. Period of use

The “Private” plan is a one-time purchase with no expiry. Character data is kept until you delete it or delete your account.

8. Changes to and suspension of the Service

This is a beta: features may change, be added or be withdrawn without notice. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will contact Private-plan purchasers individually and discuss how to proceed.

9. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the Service will be available without interruption, or that a generated result will match your expectations. Except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence, our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us.

10. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. For any dispute concerning the Service, the court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

These Terms are authoritative in Japanese. We may provide translations into English or other languages for convenience; those are reference translations, and where a translation differs from the Japanese, the Japanese prevails. The same applies to the Privacy Policy, the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Handling of personal information

As set out in the Privacy Policy.
