Price	The “Private” plan (a paid product: one character created and kept private), ¥500 per character, tax included. Creating a character on the “Public” plan, which lives in the shared world where other players can see it, is free. The price is shown on the checkout screen. Displayed prices include consumption tax.
Costs besides the price	Internet connection and data charges required to use the service are the customer's responsibility.
Qualified invoice issuer registration number	T2810293033110 (JUGOYA.AI). We are a registered qualified invoice issuer. Consumption tax is 10%; Stripe calculates the tax and states it on the qualified invoice.
Payment method	Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).
Payment timing	Charged in full when checkout completes. This is a one-time purchase — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing.
Delivery timing	Within a few minutes of receiving your photo, your character is ready for you to review. If it could not be generated, we tell you on screen — we do not leave you waiting. Checkout for the “Private” plan happens after you upload your photo. The private setting applies immediately once payment completes.
Period of use	A one-time purchase with no expiry. If we discontinue the service during the beta, we will contact you individually in advance.
Cancellation and refunds	Because checkout happens after work on your character has already begun, and because of the nature of a digital product, we cannot generally refund a purchase. If the character could not be generated — through a technical failure on our side or a safety decision by us — we do not charge you (and refund in full if you have already paid). Conditions of use	During the beta, use is limited to cases where both the registrant and the person in the photo are 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth at registration. Please upload a photo of yourself, yourself. See the Terms of Service for details.
System requirements	An internet connection and a current web browser with WebGL support. No account is needed if you only want to watch.
Hours	The service is available 24/7. Enquiries are answered during business hours (weekdays, Japan Standard Time), within 5 business days.
